What You’ll Do

  • Administer conditions of service and pension benefits for DPWI staff.
  • Provide advisory support on Human Resources policies to enhance staff understanding.
  • Process appointments and service terminations efficiently.
  • Assist in reviewing policies related to conditions of service, ensuring stakeholder involvement in the process.
  • Gather information and produce reports to address audit findings effectively.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Human Resources Management or Public Administration.
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources Management, particularly in HR Administration focusing on conditions of service and pensions.
  • Familiarity with PERSAL and CORE systems, along with a solid understanding of public sector legislative frameworks such as PSA, PSR, and EEA.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to conduct basic research.
  • Proficient in computer utilization, with excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Effective conflict management abilities and the resilience to perform under pressure.
