What You’ll Do

• Provide medical care and treatment to patients in various healthcare settings.
• Conduct clinical audits and monitor clinical effectiveness indicators.
• Render outreach and support services to different levels of care within the designated drainage areas.
• Adhere to clinical governance protocols and ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
• Perform medical administration duties as directed by the Head of Department or Medical Specialist.
• Participate in commuted overtime duties as required.

What You’ll Need

• An MBCHB degree that allows registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner.
• Current registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner for the 2026/2027 period.
• A valid work permit for non-South Africans, if applicable.
• Knowledge of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Pediatric Life Support (APLS), and Basic Life Support.
• Relevant experience after registration with a recognized Foreign Health Profession or the HPCSA is preferred for foreign-qualified employees.
