What You’ll Do

• Manage and monitor the implementation of the Guardian’s Fund and Deceased Estates.
• Oversee the administration of Curatorship and registration of Trusts.
• Administer the management of Insolvencies.
• Monitor and manage operations at service points.
• Manage human, financial, and other resources effectively.

What You’ll Need

• An NQF level 7 qualification in Law / LLB or an equivalent legal qualification recognized by SAQA.
• A minimum of five years’ experience at a middle or senior managerial level.
• Admittance as an Advocate or Attorney with the right of appearance at the High Court.
• Strong knowledge of South African law, including the Administration of Estates Act and Insolvency Act.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and computer literacy.
• Demonstrated strategic capability, leadership, and project management skills.
