What You’ll Do

• Conduct thorough legal research on various issues, statutes, and case law.

What You’ll Need

• An LLB Degree at NQF level 8 recognized by SAQA.
• A minimum of three years’ legal research experience.
• Knowledge of South African law, including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the Labour Relations Act.
• Superior court or litigation experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
