What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the complaints management process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and distribute updates and progress reports on ongoing investigations.
  • Allocate and disseminate complaints to appropriate investigators for timely action.
  • Compile statistics and progress reports to inform management and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support by handling routine inquiries and maintaining registers.
  • Organize, store, and retrieve correspondence and data accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate three-year Diploma (NQF 6) in Policing, Forensic Investigation, Internal Auditing, or Criminology.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of public service legislation and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
