The National Prosecuting Authority is seeking a dedicated Knowledge Information Officer to join their dynamic team. What You’ll Do
- Identify and document knowledge locations and experts within the organisation.
- Schedule and conduct knowledge creation and harvest sessions to gather insights.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of experts and knowledge management portals.
- Document lessons learned and publish knowledge products in various formats.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions on knowledge management practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall knowledge management strategy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate B Degree (NQF 7) or a three-year Diploma (NQF 6) in Information Management, Information Sciences, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in Information and Knowledge Management.
- Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of the public sector and knowledge management frameworks.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Viva Engage, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Effective communication, liaison, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home as needed.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
