What You’ll Do

• Participate in and organize covert and overt investigations related to compliance and enforcement.
• Plan and coordinate compliance monitoring efforts in line with departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies to ensure effective governance and compliance.
• Conduct administrative functions to support investigative activities.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to investigations and findings.

What You’ll Need

• A National Senior Certificate and a National Diploma (NQF L6) in Policing, Law, Forensic Investigation, Criminology, or related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of operational experience in criminal investigation.
• Familiarity with NEMA, Ciskei Act, Transkei Decree, and Cape Ordinance.
• Strong skills in problem analysis, communication, and interpersonal relations.
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient report writing skills.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.
