What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the administration of learnership and internship programs.
  • Implement and manage bursary programs for eligible participants.
  • Facilitate orientation and induction programs for new employees in the Fund.
  • Help execute human resource development and workplace skills plans, including AET and MDP initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of business training initiatives.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Management of Training, Human Resource Development, or Industrial and Organizational Psychology at NQF Level 6, as recognized by SAQA.
  • No prior experience required.
  • A keen interest in public financial management, public service regulations, and the public service act.
  • Strong communication and computer literacy skills.
  • Excellent time management, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to plan, organize, and write reports effectively.
