What You’ll Do

  • Assist in conducting policy research and analysis for UIF
  • Participate in the development, monitoring, and review of policies, strategies, and guidelines
  • Provide administrative support to the Sub-directorate
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance the effectiveness of UIF’s policies
  • Contribute to the improvement of monitoring and evaluation systems

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Development Studies, Social Science, Monitoring and Evaluation, Business Management, Business Administration, or Public Administration at NQF Level 6 (as recognized by SAQA)
  • No prior experience required (must not have participated in any Internship Programme in the public or private sector)
  • Knowledge of policy frameworks and monitoring and evaluation principles
  • Strong report writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and analytical thinking
  • Ability to plan, organize, and solve problems creatively
