What You’ll Do
- Assist with national appeal cases referred by provinces to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Provide secretariat and administrative support services to the Board and its Committees.
- Handle technical and general support inquiries directed to the Board and its Committees.
- Aid in the supply chain management process and logistical arrangements.
- Maintain the asset register and ensure accurate record-keeping.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or Office Management at NQF Level 6 (as recognized by SAQA).
- No prior experience required and must not have participated in any internship program before, either in public or private sectors.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Public Service Regulations (PSR), and Treasury Regulations.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in report writing, planning, and organizing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
