What You’ll Do
- Assist in the administration of service benefits and conditions for employees.
- Conduct the recruitment, selection, and placement process for new hires.
- Implement and monitor the employment equity plan within the organization.
- Maintain and update personnel records and staff establishment documents.
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Public Management, Public Administration, Organizational Psychology, or Industrial Psychology at NQF Level 6 recognized by SAQA.
- No prior work experience required, specifically if you have never participated in any internship programme in the public or private sectors.
- Knowledge of PERSAL and HR information management systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
- Innovative and creative thinking capabilities.
- Skills in presentation, report writing, time management, and organizational planning.
