What You’ll Do

  • Provide advanced desktop support and maintenance for Microsoft applications and business solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faults in LAN/WAN infrastructure, PCs, and peripherals.
  • Assist in planning, design, and implementation of network infrastructure and desktop solutions.
  • Manage and maintain secure and efficient printing services for transversal systems.
  • Deliver end-user support for data backups and restoration.
  • Monitor local area networks to ensure optimal performance and stability.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve end-user incidents promptly.
  • Install and configure software, applications, and hardware as needed.
  • Assist in the deployment of computer programs and network solutions.
  • Maintain records of repairs, service schedules, and IT inventory.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • A+ and N+ certifications, along with relevant experience in desktop support.
  • Strong understanding of MS Windows 10-11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a network environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing technologies.
