What You’ll Do
- Manage and supervise the design and production processes according to client specifications.
- Ensure quality assurance of produced objects to meet recognized standards.
- Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities, identifying and repairing technical faults.
- Service equipment and facilities according to scheduled maintenance plans.
- Perform administrative tasks related to production and maintenance activities.
- Maintain and advance expertise in human and capital resource management.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 plus a recognized trade certificate.
- Six years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan.
- A valid driver’s license (exceptions apply for people with disabilities).
- Strong technical analysis skills and knowledge of computer-aided applications.
- Proficiency in technical report writing and legal compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage conflict effectively.
