What You’ll Do

• Manage and supervise the design and production processes according to client specifications.
• Ensure quality assurance of produced objects to meet recognized standards.
• Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities, identifying and repairing technical faults.
• Service equipment and facilities according to scheduled maintenance plans.
• Perform administrative tasks related to production and maintenance activities.
• Maintain and advance expertise in human and capital resource management.

What You’ll Need

• Grade 12 plus a recognized trade certificate.
• Six years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan.
• A valid driver’s license (exceptions apply for people with disabilities).
• Strong technical analysis skills and knowledge of computer-aided applications.
• Proficiency in technical report writing and legal compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage conflict effectively.
