What You’ll Do
- Conduct regular inspections of office buildings and furniture to identify maintenance needs
- Perform maintenance tasks on office equipment and facilities
- Safeguard maintenance tools and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Collaborate with team members to report and address defects promptly
- Assist in various maintenance projects as required by the department
What You’ll Need
- ABET/AET Level 04 or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA
- A minimum of 0-6 months of relevant experience in maintenance work
- Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Familiarity with Batho Pele Principles and good interpersonal relations
- A driver’s license would be an added advantage, along with experience in farm infrastructure maintenance
