What You’ll Do

  • Manage PERSAL Administration, maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Compile and submit monthly HR statistics to track departmental performance.
  • Administer leave applications and other HR-related requests.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
  • Support the performance assessment process to boost employee productivity.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrable competency in acting independently and professionally.
  • Strong administrative skills with effective planning and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster good relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
