What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate personnel development and performance assessments while maintaining discipline.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate is essential for this role.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience working in a human resources environment.
  • Knowledge of registry duties and practices, including data capture and computer operation.
  • Familiarity with the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, with good verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Basic numeracy skills and excellent interpersonal relations.
