What You’ll Do
- Administer employee conditions of service and benefits.
- Advise DPWI staff on Human Resources policies.
- Process appointments and service terminations efficiently.
- Manage the administration of pension benefits.
- Assist with policy reviews related to conditions of service.
- Engage relevant stakeholders in the policy-making process.
- Source information necessary for reporting on audit findings.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) or National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Public Administration.
- Relevant experience in Human Resources Management, focusing on HR Administration, conditions of service, and pensions.
- Strong knowledge of HR standards, practices, processes, and procedures.
- Proficiency in PERSAL and CORE systems.
- Ability to interpret legislative frameworks such as PSA, PSR, and EEA.
- Skills in data analysis, basic research, and information gathering.
- Competence in computer utilization, effective communication, and report writing.
- Strong conflict management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
