What You’ll Do
- Administer the Labour Relations database by registering and accurately capturing Labour Relations cases.
- Maintain the database and ensure proper documentation of all cases.
- Compile and submit reports regarding Labour Relations activities.
- Coordinate meetings for the Directorate and record minutes to ensure effective communication.
- Monitor the implementation of decisions taken during meetings.
- Provide financial, procurement, and logistics administration services for the Directorate.
- Manage travel bookings and oversee the administration of resources for the Directorate.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) or National Diploma in Management Sciences.
- Relevant experience in a Labour Relations Management environment.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Knowledge of Labour Relations legislation, the Public Service Act, and Public Service Regulations.
- Familiarity with disciplinary, grievance, and dispute processes in the Public Service.
- Understanding of the LOGIS System in the Public Service.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attributes such as resourcefulness, creativity, and a commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
