What You’ll Do

  • Administer and approve all documents related to injury and illness.
  • Control and manage injury on duty claims for primary customers.
  • Receive and process all relevant documentation and accounts pertaining to Injury on Duty.
  • Ensure compliance with minimum requirements for services rendered.
  • Maintain accurate records of physical and financial resources in the sub-section.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven competency in the core functions of the position.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • South African citizenship with documentary proof required at the interview.
  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant courses in the field of human resources will be advantageous.
  • Strong computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good planning, organizing, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and extended hours.
