What You’ll Do
- Manage and supervise staff involved in PERSAL and establishment administration.
- Oversee establishment administration, ensuring timely and accurate post creation, amendments, and abolishing in line with authorisations.
- Apply project management principles to facilitate organisational design changes and staff movements.
- Develop, maintain, and implement PERSAL manuals, procedures, and training initiatives.
- Provide technical support and helpdesk services to various departments regarding PERSAL.
- Conduct audits on user access and ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.
- Compile information for top management and maintain people administrative records.
- Foster staff development through training, motivation, and participation in recruitment processes.
- Promote sound labour relations and oversee performance management of staff.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Establishment Administration and PERSAL.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, resolutions, and legislation.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven computer literacy and research skills.
