What You’ll Do
- Implement and manage internships and learnerships, facilitating recruitment, selection, and placement processes.
- Monitor and evaluate internship programs, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
- Develop and compile reports on internship programs and bursaries for management review.
- Establish strategic partnerships to enhance the reach and impact of youth development initiatives.
- Administer bursary applications, awards, and ongoing management, including contract oversight.
- Supervise the HRD Clerk and support their professional development.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform policy development related to human resource management.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to promote skills development and recognition of improved qualifications.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree or higher).
- A minimum of 1-year relevant experience in human resource development or management.
- Understanding of policies and legislation related to human resources and public service.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Analytical thinking and budgeting skills.
