What You’ll Do

• Collect and prepare statistical data related to Human Resource Development (HRD) activities.
• Prepare reports and minutes for relevant HRD meetings.
• Provide guidance on breaches of nursing contracts and help in resolving related issues.
• Participate in meetings and serve as the secretariat for HRD committees.
• Implement and supervise the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) along with training initiatives.
• Develop and oversee the Workplace Skills Plan, HR Plan, and Employment Equity Plan.
• Coordinate training interventions, including learnerships and skills development programs.
• Advise and support managers and supervisors on performance management processes.
• Conduct workshops in alignment with HR policies and facilitate skills audits.
• Ensure the professional development of supervisees, enhancing their performance and capacity.

What You’ll Need

• A Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Public Management, or Public Administration.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Planning, Training, and Development.
• In-depth knowledge of the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, and related employment laws.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in report writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Skills in policy analysis, facilitation, conflict management, and project management.
