What You’ll Do

  • Provide thorough cleaning and housekeeping services in designated areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms, bathrooms, and other facilities.
  • Handle garbage disposal and maintain cleanliness in all common areas.
  • Clean kitchen utensils and equipment, ensuring they are sanitized.
  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and report shortages.
  • Safeguard and store cleaning equipment properly, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
  • Monitor for potential hazards and report any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Implement infection control measures and adhere to hygiene regulations.

What You’ll Need

  • NQF level 1 or 2 (ABET level 2 certificate or equivalent).
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A reliable and honest approach to work with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Physical strength to meet the demands of the role.
