What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the provision of education and training for student nurses.
- Manage clinical learning exposure between colleges and clinical areas.
- Ensure effective clinical accompaniment of students during their training.
- Oversee the implementation of nursing curricula and quality assurance programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen relationships within the department.
- Supervise and manage the performance and development of nursing staff.
- Participate in the development and review of nursing policies and curricula.
- Engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities at the campus.
- Play an active role in the governance structures of the college.
What You’ll Need
- Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
- A Diploma or Degree in Nursing and Midwifery, registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse.
- Post Basic Qualification in Nursing Education registered with SANC.
- Current Registration with SANC for 2026.
- A minimum of 9 years of nursing experience post-registration, including 5 years in Nursing Education.
- Additional qualifications in Nursing Management or Administration are preferred.
- Knowledge of Public Service Administration Acts and Nursing Standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
