What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the provision of education and training for student nurses.
• Manage clinical learning exposure between colleges and clinical areas.
• Ensure effective clinical accompaniment of students during their training.
• Oversee the implementation of nursing curricula and quality assurance programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen relationships within the department.
• Supervise and manage the performance and development of nursing staff.
• Participate in the development and review of nursing policies and curricula.
• Engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities at the campus.
• Play an active role in the governance structures of the college.

What You’ll Need

• Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
• A Diploma or Degree in Nursing and Midwifery, registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse.
• Post Basic Qualification in Nursing Education registered with SANC.
• Current Registration with SANC for 2026.
• A minimum of 9 years of nursing experience post-registration, including 5 years in Nursing Education.
• Additional qualifications in Nursing Management or Administration are preferred.
• Knowledge of Public Service Administration Acts and Nursing Standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
