What You’ll Do

  • Maintain cleanliness of outdoor terrains and gardens
  • Prepare soil for planting and care for various plants, trees, and shrubs
  • Remove alien vegetation and monitor plant health
  • Ensure the proper upkeep of sidewalks, parking lots, and general grounds
  • Practice pest control and assist in preparing grounds for functions and parades
  • Handle and maintain light machinery, including mowers and trimmers
  • Check the serviceability of equipment and report any defects
  • Remove refuse and ensure a tidy environment

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of ABET qualification
  • No experience required, however, exposure to gardening is advantageous
  • Effective verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety practices
  • Physical strength to handle materials and equipment
  • Sound knowledge of plants and gardening tools
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Familiarity with handling hand tools
