Key Responsibilities
– Support the coordination and execution of commercial initiatives and projects.
– Assist in monitoring catering products and ancillary revenue streams.
– Implement and review ancillary products, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
– Conduct competitor and market analysis to support decision-making.
– Maintain process documentation and operational controls.
– Participate in structured rotational exposure across various commercial functions.
– Prepare and maintain commercial reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
– Support supplier performance monitoring and internal department liaison.
Requirements/Qualifications
– Grade 12 or equivalent.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
– Interest in commercial aviation and customer experience.
– Basic understanding of supplier coordination and service delivery.
– Strong attention to detail and results-driven.
