What You’ll Do

- Ensure adherence to information security standards and legislation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve claims processing procedures.
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in English and one other official language.
- A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4).
- Competency in core functions relevant to the position.
- General computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, Office, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work under pressure and extended hours as needed.
