What You’ll Do
- Perform secretariat duties and provide administrative support to senior management.
- Maintain the diary of the Senior Manager and schedule meetings efficiently.
- Assist with minute-taking during meetings and manage visitor arrangements.
- Organize travel logistics, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Maintain effective record-keeping and administration services.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all workplace interactions.
What You’ll Need
- Competency in the core functions of the post.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant courses in administration or secretarial work are advantageous.
- General computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong planning, organising, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
