What You’ll Do

  • Draft and type various documents, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Oversee travel arrangements and manage accommodation logistics for staff.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including logistics and supply chain management.
  • Support financial services and human resources within the department.

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and demonstrate accountability.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to pressure and work extended hours when necessary.
