What You’ll Do

  • Provide support services for the NARYSEC program and facilitate youth skills development initiatives at both provincial and district levels.
  • Coordinate the implementation of land acquisition projects and provide strategic land services to enhance rural development.
  • Promote the establishment of cooperatives and support rural enterprises to stimulate local economies.
  • Manage the development and implementation of business plans for agrarian projects and monitor their progress.
  • Facilitate land dispute resolutions and provide property management services to ensure effective governance in land tenure matters.
  • Administer financial support services and maintain strong client relations to enhance departmental efficiency.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Public Management, or Community Development.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience at a middle or senior managerial level in project management or a related environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and a Nyukela certificate (Pre-entry Certificate to the SMS) to be submitted prior to appointment.
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to think conceptually and analytically to implement effective policies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside proficiency in computer applications.
  • A willingness to travel and work under pressure, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to service excellence.
