What You’ll Do

  • Provide capacity building and support services through NARYSEC.
  • Facilitate the implementation of community development projects.
  • Coordinate youth programs and skills development initiatives at both provincial and district levels.
  • Support the establishment and development of cooperatives and rural enterprises.
  • Oversee strategic land acquisition and management processes.
  • Administer property leases and provide property management services.
  • Implement land rights and tenure reform programs.
  • Facilitate community engagement and land dispute resolutions.
  • Render corporate and financial support services to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage project proposals and ensure successful project implementation.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Management, Community Development).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience at a middle/senior managerial level.
  • Proven experience in project management and implementation.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
