What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sub-programme.
- Coordinate procurement processes, handling quotations and invoices.
- Liaise with Supply Chain Management and external stakeholders.
- Manage office correspondence, records, and filing systems.
- Organise meetings, appointments, and stakeholder communications.
- Capture, consolidate, and report on programme performance information.
- Administer financial records and monitor expenditure.
- Prepare budget reports and maintain office equipment and supplies.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 qualification and a recognised National Diploma in Public Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial and procurement procedures.
- Understanding of departmental policies and the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
