What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support by managing documents and correspondence.
- Assist with budgetary support and inventory control tasks.
- Type and proof-read various documents to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain organized filing and tracking systems for incoming and outgoing documents.
- Consolidate and compile the Portfolio of Evidence in preparation for audits.
- Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to streamline processes.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate plus a recognized Higher Certificate or National Diploma in Public Administration.
- Relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Knowledge of financial and procurement procedures.
- Understanding of departmental procedures, policies, and relevant legislation, including the Public Finance Management Act.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
