What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the team.
  • Type and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents efficiently.
  • Assist in budgetary support and financial processes.
  • Maintain document filing and tracking systems.
  • Support inventory control and management.
  • Compile and consolidate the Portfolio of Evidence in preparation for audits.

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 qualification plus a recognised Higher Certificate or National Diploma in Public Administration.
  • Relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Knowledge of financial and procurement procedures.
  • Understanding of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with public service legislation, including the Public Finance Management Act.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
