What You’ll Do

  • Provide support in human resource administration and management services.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations and health and wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Oversee communication, marketing, and media production services.
  • Facilitate records management policies and procedures.
  • Provide IT support services including server management and helpdesk assistance.
  • Liaise with district offices to ensure alignment on corporate service issues.
  • Conduct preliminary investigations on security matters.
  • Maintain a risk register and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management (NQF Level 7).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience at the middle or senior managerial level.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Public Service Regulations.
  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and project management.
