What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage staff performance to align with departmental goals.
- Develop and implement transformation processes and policies.
- Coordinate the Employment Equity Committee meetings.
- Facilitate Diversity Management programs to promote inclusivity.
- Monitor and report on the implementation of the Employment Equity Plan.
- Provide support services that enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Execute HR Performance Management functions effectively.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF 7/6) in Public Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant management experience in HR and transformation management.
- Extensive knowledge of legislation governing public service transformation and HR policies.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven managerial skills with the capability to liaise at a high level.
- Proficiency in computer usage and related software.
- A valid driver’s license.
