What You’ll Do
- Manage grievances and facilitate dispute resolution processes within the department.
- Oversee disciplinary processes to ensure fair treatment of employees.
- Facilitate collective bargaining sessions between management and employee representatives.
- Develop and implement policies and strategies aimed at improving service delivery.
- Manage resources within the Sub-Directorate efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum qualification of NQF Level 6 in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations, Labour Law, or LLB as recognised by SAQA.
- At least 3 years of junior management experience in a labour relations environment.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong knowledge of the Labour Relations Act and Public Service Regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, dispute resolution, and facilitation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
