What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of integrated education resource planning and management services.
  • Oversee works inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Develop and operate education and training management information systems, ensuring accurate data collection and provisioning at the district level.
  • Establish and maintain effective information communication technology systems to support educational operations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of educational resource management.
  • Provide strategic direction and support for building projects and other educational initiatives.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification (NQF 7) recognized by SAQA or equivalent qualifications in a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the public service or related sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations.
  • Strong experience with education and training management information systems and building project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and report effectively.
  • Proven management skills, with the capacity to liaise at a high level and develop policies and procedures.
  • Valid driver’s license and proficiency in using computer systems.
