What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain the hospital’s expenditure and revenue budgets proactively.
• Implement and support financial management and accounting responsibilities for cost centres.
• Provide timely and accurate financial information for strategic decision-making.
• Enforce financial control measures and internal control systems to ensure compliance.
• Develop opportunities for revenue generation and oversee revenue collection and debt control.
• Coordinate the audit process, ensuring all financial activities are transparent and accountable.
• Oversee the Supply Chain Management process, including asset management and warehousing.
• Lead the information management function at the hospital to ensure effective data handling.
• Ensure the implementation of relevant financial policies and best practices.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of a 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management at a management level within a large organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Financial and Management Accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of public finance management regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing human resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong computer literacy.
• A valid Code B/EB driver’s license is required.
