What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of fraud and corruption.
- Develop and review comprehensive fraud management frameworks.
- Provide compliance advisory services to the Department on ethics management.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to strengthen ethics and fraud prevention efforts.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions related to fraud risk management.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and improve operational processes.
What You’ll Need
- A National Diploma (NQF 6) in Forensic Investigations, Auditing, Law, Risk Management, or a relevant qualification as recognized by SAQA.
- Accreditation or Membership with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) or the Institute of Commercial Forensic Practitioners (ICFP).
- A minimum of five years’ experience in forensic investigation and fraud prevention, including three years at a junior managerial level.
- Strong technical knowledge of fraud risk management concepts and corporate governance principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create reports and facilitate discussions.
- Proven investigative skills, along with the ability to apply fraud detection and consequence management techniques.
