What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate EPWP functions across sector departments and municipalities
  • Report on job opportunities created through EPWP initiatives
  • Develop and implement sector training and capacity-building plans
  • Oversee the rehabilitation of agricultural land through EPWP interventions
  • Manage human and physical resources in compliance with relevant directives

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 and an NQF level 6 qualification in Natural Resource Management, Environmental Management, Project Management, Agricultural Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years at the Assistant Director level in an EPWP environment
  • Valid driver’s license (exceptions apply for individuals with disabilities)
  • Knowledge of Natural Resource Management and Environmental Management
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of government service delivery frameworks
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
