What You’ll Do
- Manage financial management services and ensure budget compliance.
- Certify the correctness of invoices and compile budget inputs.
- Oversee operational and strategic planning processes, ensuring adherence to relevant frameworks.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements and manage office accommodation.
- Compile and manage reports, and address queries from Internal Audit.
- Provide secretariat support and oversee the drafting of meeting minutes.
- Manage procurement processes and ensure compliance with supply chain management policies.
- Facilitate the development of administrative policies and procedures.
- Oversee human resources support services, including recruitment and training activities.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, or Business Management.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a junior management role within an administrative environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain management processes and government regulations.
- Strong planning, analytical, and document management skills.
- Proficient in office management and financial management, with excellent communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel or work irregular hours.
