What You’ll Do
- Provide general clerical support services to the department.
- Organize, store, and retrieve correspondence and data efficiently.
- Update registers and maintain accurate statistics.
- Handle routine inquiries and assist with document distribution.
- Maintain filing systems and manage incoming and outgoing documents.
- Type letters and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with supply chain clerical support and procurement processes.
- Maintain personnel administration records, including leave and attendance registers.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for department staff.
- Support financial administration by capturing and updating expenditure records.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 Certificate is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
