What You’ll Do

  • Generate market intelligence and diagnostic information to inform product development opportunities.
  • Lead and manage marketing initiatives to increase visibility of NSG products and services.
  • Collaborate with various business units to define effective ETD interventions.
  • Initiate and manage partnerships through MoUs and MoAs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of plans related to signed agreements, monitoring performance and support delivery.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for innovative projects and develop comprehensive business cases.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of specialized programmes and projects, engaging with stakeholders.
  • Support curriculum development and design learning content for specialized training programmes.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance and sustainability of programmes and projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and brand recognition.
  • Lead strategic planning and performance management within the chief directorate.

What You’ll Need

  • A tertiary qualification at NQF level 7 in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing Communication.
  • At least five years of proven experience at a senior management level, particularly in business development and stakeholder management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the education, training, and development environment, along with public sector policies and legislative frameworks.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and data analysis software.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce reports, submissions, and other documentation.
  • Excellent conflict management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
