What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support by capturing and updating data on computer systems.
  • Generate spreadsheets and update the system with all relevant data sets.
  • Validate data for quality assurance to ensure correctness, completeness, and consistency.
  • Compile routine statistical information and reports for internal use.
  • Receive, register, and track records or documents submitted for further processing.
  • Capture routine transactions from manual records to electronic documents.
  • Maintain and update filing systems and records for efficient retrieval.
  • Continuously update information on computers for accurate reporting.
  • Maintain the DHIS database and ensure data integrity.

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with no prior work experience required.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes.
  • Strong communication skills and numeracy abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to manipulate data effectively.
  • A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and responsiveness.
