What You’ll Do

  • Capture and update data on computer systems to ensure accurate records.
  • Generate spreadsheets and compile routine statistical information and reports.
  • Validate data for quality, correctness, completeness, and consistency.
  • Receive, register, and track records or documents submitted for processing.
  • Maintain and update the DHIS database for reporting purposes.
  • Provide administrative support, including updating and filing records.
  • Capture routine transactions from manual records to electronic documents.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Senior Certificate as a minimum educational requirement.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes and data management.
  • Strong communication skills and numeracy proficiency.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to draw and analyze data.
  • A self-propelled attitude with a positive and responsive approach.
