What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support by capturing and updating data on computer systems
  • Generate spreadsheets and update relevant systems with accurate data sets
  • Validate data to ensure its correctness, completeness, and consistency
  • Compile routine statistical information and reports for analysis
  • Receive, register, and track records or documents submitted for further processing
  • Transfer information from manual records to electronic documents efficiently
  • Maintain and update the District Health Information System (DHIS) database
  • Retrieve necessary information for reporting and administrative purposes

What You’ll Need

  • A National Senior Certificate
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes
