What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support by capturing and updating data on computer systems.
  • Generate spreadsheets, ensuring information is organized and accessible.
  • Validate data for quality assurance, checking for correctness and completeness.
  • Compile routine statistical information and reports to support decision-making.
  • Register and track documents submitted for processing within the administration component.
  • Transfer information from manual records to electronic documents, ensuring accuracy.
  • Continuously update information on computers for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain the District Health Information System (DHIS) database and retrieve necessary information.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Senior Certificate as a minimum educational requirement.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes and data management.
  • Strong communication skills and numeracy.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, with the ability to work with data effectively.
  • A self-motivated and responsive attitude, demonstrating a positive approach to tasks.
