What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support services to the department.
  • Capture and update data accurately on computer systems.
  • Generate spreadsheets and compile routine statistical reports.
  • Validate data to ensure its correctness, completeness, and consistency.
  • Receive, register, and track records or documents for processing.
  • Capture routine transactions, transferring information from manual records to electronic formats.
  • Maintain and update the DHIS database and other records for reporting purposes.
  • Retrieve and manage information as required.

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes.
  • Strong communication skills and numeracy.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to work with data.
  • A self-motivated and responsive attitude with a positive outlook.
