What You’ll Do

  • Generate spreadsheets and update the system with accurate data sets.

  • Receive, register, and track documents submitted for processing within the institution.
  • Capture routine transactions by transferring information from manual records to electronic formats.
  • Maintain administrative records and ensure continuous updating of information for reporting purposes.
  • Manage the DHIS database and retrieve necessary information as required.

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes and data handling.
  • Strong communication skills and numeracy abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, with the ability to work with spreadsheets and databases.
